Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage managers (CRB).

Students learn to:
*  Increase listings and grow their business
* Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
* Understand and apply methods, tools and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need

Requirements to attain and use this Designation:
*  Successful completion of the 2-day course
* Successful completion of one (1) SRS elective course
* Application with documentation of three (3) completed transactions in which you acted as a seller representative
* Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®
* Active membership in the SRS® Council (New Designees receive a one-year membership for FREE; annual dues are currently $99 each year thereafter)

Dates:

CE Credit 12.0 Continuing Education Credit approved by the Real Estate Commission. You must be present both days to earn CE.
