You do not have to have your broker’s license to get your CRB.
Take all 3 courses and you’ll complete the education requirement for the CRB designation.

Strategic business planning and implementation are fundamental to the success of any real estate company. The plan must be relevant and address both internal and external changes and challenges. In addition, it must be guided by the company’s values, vision, and mission and executed so that every staff and/or team member is positioned to optimize their contribution. This course provides you with a process for developing a strategic business plan, guidelines for implementing that plan and methods for how to apply the plan to real world situations.

Strategic planning of your company’s exit strategy is fundamental to the future of any real estate company. The plan must be relevant and address both internal and external changes and challenges. Even if you are just beginning your journey in business, it is important to have an exit strategy. It will not only help you keep a clear focus of your end result, but also share a clear vision with your staff and help to navigate through challenging times along the way.

“H.R. Essentials for Today's Real Estate Company”
This one-of-a-kind course will help you navigate the legal risks related to employees and independent contractors. Brokers, owners, and managers need to take great care to properly classify salespeople for federal and state law purposes, and to ensure compliance with the classification requirements of the applicable law. This course will help you understand, implement, and maintain employee and independent contractor relationships while mitigating risk and limiting liability.
CRB requirements:
CE Credits: 6 CE elective credits/course (Hawaii) are included with each registration. CE Pending.
CE Students only: Submit your real estate pocket license and photo I.D. with your registration.
Registration deadline: Registration deadlines are 10 working days from the date of the class.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing by the class deadline date. A 90% refund will be provided. No refunds after the deadline date.

Robert Morris graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Associate Degree in Mid-Management Technology from State Technical Institute at Memphis. Robert entered the real estate field in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time. He is currently a selling broker with Parks Realty, LLC, located in Smyrna, Tennessee, where he actively lists and sells real estate with team, TeamMorris. Robert was honored with the 2000 Realtor® of the Year award at one of his local associations as well as Tennessee Realtor® Educator of the year in 1995. He has been elected to serve on his local association’s Board of Directors for 2018-2020 and is currently serving as President .

of REALTORS® - Complete 3 CRB Education course
- Complete experience electives
- Have at least 1 year of management experience
- Submit a management resume; and
- Submit designation application
